Stress & Toxins

September 25th, 2009

I have been having some pretty constant problems, and have been unable to find a concrete answer to. The problem appears to be chronic diarrhea. At first, I thought I was experiencing diarrhea because of something I was eating. I went to the doctor and they did a few tests and nothing came up out of the ordinary so they put me on a special diet to see if it was maybe food-related. Well, I keep getting it on and off now and it seems too really only happen before something important or something that I am very stressed out about.

I’m wondering if there could be a connection between my stress and the diarrhea or for that matter toxins. It’s horrible, and I’ve been missing out on a lot of things because of this and I keep having to miss school on and off too. I have been trying to find ways to overcome the stress that I have been feeling in order to better control or limit the diarrhea. I find that the more worked up and overloaded I become, the worse the problem with diarrhea becomes.
In a previous post I mentioned that diarrhea can be caused by many different factors, I suppose I missed one important factor… that is STRESS.
